The Wilbur J. Talley Invitational Horse Show returns on Saturday, May 23, 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Ebony Horsewomen Equestrian & Therapeutic Center, located in Hartford’s historic Keney Park.
This annual event showcases the skill and dedication of riders across disciplines, featuring Western and English classes for beginner, youth, adult, and advanced equestrians. It’s a day that brings together horsemanship, community, and culture in a setting that reflects the spirit of Ebony Horsewomen.
❋ More Than the CompetitionGuests are invited to enjoy more than just the competition. The day will also include BBQ, music, and entertainment, creating a welcoming atmosphere for families, supporters, and first-time visitors alike.
❋ Keep the Energy GoingAs a special addition, the Line Dancing Social originally scheduled this past February will now take place during the horse show. Admission for line dancing is $25, offering an opportunity to join in the celebration and keep the energy going throughout the day.
