Are you a small business owner offering unique gifts, crafts, or holiday treats? We're looking for vendors to join us at our annual Winter Wonderland event on December 14th!

This year, we're expanding our Winter Wonderland with Santa and Mrs. Claus with even more festive cheer, and we want to offer holiday shoppers a delightful selection of seasonal goodies.

PLEASE NOTE:
Vendor Registration Fee: $85.00 (Please be sure to list what your payment is for).
Permits: Vendors are responsible for obtaining their own vendor permits from the City of Hartford.

Set-Up Time: Vendor set-up begins at 9:00 AM on the day of the event.

Space Allocation: Spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the registration fee.

Tent and Outdoor Space: Vendors will be provided with a tent or outdoor space based on their selection and availability.

Clean-Up: Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their space at the end of the event.

Liability: Ebony Horsewomen, Inc. is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred by vendors or their property.
