5 Star Horse Shoeing Trail Ride
Join us for the 5 Star Horseshoeing Annual Trail Ride on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at Ebony Horsewomen in Hartford, CT. Riders will enjoy a scenic group trail ride with a 10:30 AM step off, followed by a day of community, connection, and outdoor fun. This event supports Ebony Horsewomen’s Junior Mounted Patrol Program, which empowers youth through hands-on equestrian experience and mentorship. Registration is $40 per horse. Vendors and food will be available.
Singles & Mingles Valentine's Day Western Dance
Singles & Mingles is Ebony Horsewomen’s grown-folks night out, bringing Western line dancing, Black cowboy culture, and Valentine’s Day vibes together under one roof. The evening begins with a one-hour instructor-led line dancing lesson, followed by an open dance floor where guests can cut loose, connect, and enjoy music!
Whether you come solo, with friends or a partner, or ready to meet someone new, this is a welcoming space to move, mingle, and be part of a joyful cultural experience. Cowboy or cowgirl attire is encouraged, good energy is required, and everyone is invited to put their boots on the ground.
The event takes place from 6 PM to 8 PM at the Mary Fields Horse and Heritage Museum building.
Admission is $20. When checking out on PayPal, please write “Singles & Mingles Ticket” in the note so we can properly record your purchase.
Free parking is available, and the event is for guests 18 and over. Cowboy or cowgirl attire is encouraged.
